Mowing height issues.

I am experiencing issues with the A3 lawn mower. I noticed that it does not use the correct mowing height. After noticing I have restarted the mower and noticed it was using the correct mowing height. Then after mowing 70% of the lawn, it returned to the dock to charge. When it continued it did the other 30% again on the lowest mowing height.


I have tried cleaning it. It only works correctly after I manually restart it.

You've saved the mowing height settings, but the robot is still not mowing at the set height? What is the approximate incorrect mowing height, and is that incorrect mowing height the same every time?

If the problem persists, please provide the device serial number (SN), a picture of your lawn (showing the incorrect mowing height), and upload the log, ensuring the device remains online.

I've noticed something a bit weird about the mover. After engaging EdgeMaster technology for cutting edges, the blades don't come back to the desired height. Also, I think that they not only don't change the height, but also stay in the offset possition, not in the middle of the mover. The effect is that the grass in not only cut 3 cm in the main part of the yard, but there are also parallel lines of uncut grass. I'm testing it right now, but it seems that I can replicate it. The only possible solution is to turn off the EdgeMaster.

To make the blades go into the middle possition I have to turn off and on the mover. If I don't do it, I can't even move the blades' assembly by hand. It's stuck in the offset possition.

Have you noticed something similar?
