Robots keep disturbing network

When we put our 3(!) robots on our 2.4ghz guest network the robots keep trying to go to 5.0ghz or do something which fully offset our entire network and we cannot reach anything (cameras, lights etc). What must we do to stop the robots trying to enter the 5ghz network and disturbing our whole home. It is really annoying.

Please give us clear info (step by step) after which we will not face this anymore. It makes us crazy and thinking of returning al robots to you.

If you want to ensure that the device connects only to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks currently use the same Wi-Fi name (SSID), we recommend assigning different names to them.

For example:

Home WiFi 2.4G

Home WiFi 5G

This setting needs to be configured in your router's administration interface.

We did everything according to your instructions (robots are in guest network 2.4ghz in fixed modus) and we have found out that our x50 Ultra keeps asking for connection by time to time and this fully interrupts our whole network. It seems the x50 ultra is the trouble maker. We have now blocked it for connection also to our guest network and the WiFi immediately worked in the proper way again.

It is really frustrating! The robot is quite ok (some water loss in the dock after cleaning) but the connection failure is horrible!!!!

We just gave the robot connection to our 2.4ghz guest network to set some cleaning instructions (also via 2.4ghz guest network) it went immediately offline and online and offline …
It says it has the latest firmware update…(is that the problem?)

I searched the internet for a solution and discovered many customers experience the robots turn offline every 24 hours and losing the WiFi network. But unfortunately I cannot find a solution from your side. Please help! I want to be able to give instructions via the app and not manually with less options. I want to be able to use what a paid for! The robots are not cheap and we choose yours because of all functions. But now we cannot use them and we don’t want to reset our network every day.

Please send us all instructions in detail for our unify router (guest network 2.4ghz already used for our robots)
