Offline

Hi,
I’m having 2 issues I have noticed that my X50 does not use much water during moping and second thing the station it’s powered everything supposed to work perfectly, however the vacuum robot shows that it’s offline. I need to wait couple hours sometimes until it shows online. Can someone support please.
This is getting annoying lately 🥴

Hi, i can’t tell you anything about the online offline story. But do you have the clean genius mode on when mopping? I don’t use that. Just use te manuel mode. You can change the amount of water yourself. That works perfectly fine for us.

Regarding the low water usage during mopping, we recommend checking whether the water outlet on the bottom of the robot may be partially blocked. You can try carefully clearing the water outlet hole with a thin metal wire or a paper clip (see attached image).

Regarding the robot frequently appearing offline, this may be related to an unstable local Wi-Fi connection. We recommend moving the base station to an area with a stronger and more stable Wi-Fi signal.

You can also log in to your router settings and navigate to:
Wireless Settings → Wireless MAC Address Filtering

Please check whether any access restrictions or MAC address filtering features are enabled. If they are enabled, please disable them and then test the connection again.
