[Matrix10 Ultra] What a bad robot, I'm thoroughly disappointed

Hello, I programmed the robot to vacuum only 3 rooms with carpets on the whole floor.
It did only the first room and said it was ready and going to the dock.
I deleted the complete scheduled task, in hope that it does the reprogrammed schedule flawlessly.
- if it can't go through the door to the position to start the task it's going back to the dock of course but at the dock, it didn't do anything!, it is automatically drying and sucking the dust, which is not there, into the dockingstation.
I'm going to make a document with flaws here.

And I'm not very happy about the service team either, the emails they send are without the original problem included. So if you have multiple problems send to them you don't know what their email is about. I hope they will change that.
