Hello, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the main wheels for any foreign objects tangled around them. If so, please clean them.

2. Confirm that the LDS sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally. Try gently pressing the LDS cover to see if it springs back.

3. Check the rotating part of the LDS for any foreign objects or hair tangled around it, which may be blocking the LDS rotation. If so, please try removing them.

4. Check the robot's surface for any unevenness, warped stickers, or large objects. If your robot is new, check if the protective film on the robot is warped. If so, please remove it.

5. Try gently tapping the robot's front bumper to see if it springs back.

6. Wipe the laser sensor and AI recognition sensor to ensure there are no fingerprints or dust.

7. Please restart the robot and try again.
