Schedule not using settings

Hi,

For some reason my L40 will not use the settings for vacuum level and mop wetness during a planned task.

I have it set to do a run at night with silent mode vacuuming. However every time it uses the noise level of the normal mode.

Any tips on how to get this sorted? I’ve tried setting it a few times but it does not stick,

Hello, are you referring to the timed cleaning function? For timed cleaning, you need to select "Custom Mode" in the cleaning task menu. Then you can choose the mop humidity and suction power settings. If you select "Smart Managed Mode," you cannot choose the mop humidity and suction power settings because the device will automatically select them.

Currently, the device cannot be completely silent during cleaning. Have you lowered the volume of the voice announcement function in "Do Not Disturb" mode? You can also choose not to automatically resume cleaning and not to actively collect dust to reduce the device's noise.
