Constant offline

Mijn Dreame L10 plus is sinds een paar weken constant offline ondanks goede wifi.
Telkens opnieuw installeren.
Help!

Bedankt voor uw feedback. We begrijpen volledig het ongemak dat u tijdens het gebruik hebt ondervonden. Gezien de aanhoudende offline status van uw robot, raden we u aan de volgende stappen te volgen om het probleem op te lossen:

1. Controleer of de robot is ingeschakeld. Als deze is uitgeschakeld, houd dan de aan/uit-knop van de robot ingedrukt om deze in te schakelen en configureer vervolgens het netwerk opnieuw. (Klik op "+Apparaat toevoegen" om het netwerk opnieuw te configureren.)

2. Open de klep van de robot (zoals weergegeven in de afbeelding) en let tijdens het configureren van het netwerk op de status van het wifi-indicatielampje. Een continu blauw wifi-indicatielampje geeft een succesvolle verbinding aan.

3. Als het wifi-indicatielampje continu blauw is, maar de app het apparaat als offline weergeeft, probeer dan het netwerk opnieuw te configureren. (Klik op "+Apparaat toevoegen" om het netwerk opnieuw te configureren.) Houd er rekening mee dat als de robot wordt gereset, de kaart en andere instellingen ook worden gereset.

4. Als het apparaat nog steeds geen verbinding kan maken, probeer dan uw router uit en weer aan te zetten en vernieuw vervolgens de app om te zien of de robot online komt.

Als het probleem aanhoudt, neem dan gerust opnieuw contact met ons op. Bedankt voor uw begrip.

I have the same issue with a matrix 10 ultra.Since buying it a couple of months ago I have had constant issues with it suddenly going offline after about two days.
A week or so ago a new firmware update became available. After updating it resolved the issue and the robot stayed connected for more than a week.
I was excited that the issue was resolved.

Unfortunately a day or so ago it started disconnecting again. Now it even seems worse than before. Even disconnected while cleaning the other day.

I don’t mind to reboot or reconnect the robot from time to time but my issue is that the only way to reconnect it is to do a entire factory reset and app re install.

Tried everything from creating a dedicated 2.4 ghz networks, assigning static IPs. Fixed channels etc etc etc…Everything.

When I bought the robot I was expecting issues in cleaning performance or navigation and quirks you’d expect from new tech. I was happy to take the risk and glad to report that the robot is very good at these.

What I was not expecting is issues with basic functionality of just staying connected to a wifi.

Not really rocket science in this day and age with everything from ovens to smart devices connecting (and staying connected) to it.

Without that these robots are useless.
