Losing mobpads

My Matrix10 loses one of his mobpads every time. Is unusable in this way. What to do?

Regarding the issue where the Matrix10 loses one mop pad during each cleaning cycle, we recommend that you check the following points:

1. Please make sure that the mop pad holder is installed while the robot is powered on. If it is installed while the robot is powered off, the mop pad holder may not be magnetically attached properly.

2. When the robot climbs over carpets, thresholds, or small steps, the mop pad holder may get stuck and fall off. We recommend setting no-mop zones to prevent the robot from entering these areas while the mop pad holder is attached. Before cleaning, please try to organize power cables or similar objects on the floor to prevent the mop pad holder from getting tangled and falling off.

3. Please manually reinstall the mop pad holder and check whether it can be securely attached via magnetic adsorption.

4. Restart the robot and try again.
