Fail error ‘pads are off’

The robot constantly complains that the pads are off which is not the case. Do somebody know how to fix this or what can be the reason?

Hallo, controleer of er vuil is op de installatiepositie van de mopphouder, wat de herkenning van de installatie kan beïnvloeden. Als het vuil is, reinig dan grondig het betreffende gebied en probeer het apparaat opnieuw om te zien of het probleem is opgelost.

Where exactly it’s allocated. I look all around under pads. Couldn’t find anything besides screw holes
