X40 ultra complete goes offline

Hi

Since a few weeks i have this issue were the robot goes offline when its docked for a while. I cant start it remotely. I have to press the on/off button to bring it online. The led on the dock lits up too. Then i can start a job from the app. It works perfectly when its cleaning. No disconnects or halve jobs. Its just very annoying. I use it once a week

You can open the robot's cover and check the Wi-Fi indicator.

If the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing, please check your network connection for a weak signal. This may occur if the Wi-Fi signal is weak.
