Broken Front Caster Wheel on My Dreame Robot Vacuum

Dear Dreame Support Team,

I own a Dreame robot vacuum, and I’ve recently noticed that the small front caster wheel (the round ball that allows the vacuum to turn and move smoothly) has broken or fallen out. Because of this, the robot can no longer move properly.

Could you please let me know how I can order a replacement part or if this can be repaired under warranty? I’ve attached a photo of the underside of my vacuum for reference.
