My ultra roller slips over the ground

Help! My dream used to clean very well but now I hear something scratching over the floor. It looks like the roller protector. Wat can I do?

Do you have pictures of this? We have noticed scratches on the floor near our Ultra Roller on the wooden floor and we suspect it may be a similar issue. Thanks!
