L40 Ultra not drying moppads after scheduled task

My L40 Ultra is not drying its moppads after a scheduled task.

After i factory reset the device / deleted the task an readded the task everything worked fine for a while. But now after a few weeks again its not drying its moppads.
Very strange i dont want to reset the devie every few weeks so it can dry its moppads after a task.

You can check if the "Automatic Mop Drying" function is enabled in the base station settings.

Yes that one is enabled .. Yesterday i did a factory reset of the robot and still the moppads are wet .. also the dustbin is not empty. Do i need to contact support for this issue ?
