Front caster wheel broken

We bought our Dreamy 'Dobby' a little while ago and are very happy with his performance, really a dream 😉 I even convinced my mother in law and 2 of my friends to buy them and they are as excited as I am it saves so much time!!.

Unfortunately, the front wheel casing broke.  It should still be under warranty, what needs to be done to fix him?
