L50 ultra easylift

My L50 ultra is not using its lift mechanism to cross over to the bathroom. The obstacle is below 4 cm so it should be able to cross it.

I tried to add a crossable section in the app but then it just bumps into it.

How can I ensure the vacuum cleaner uses its lift feature?
