Matter support

I am wondering when the Matter support is available in the Netherlands for my Dream X50 Ultra.

I have the Aqua10 ultra complete: The strange thing is that the box and specs say there is Matter support but it’s nowhere to be found. I contacted support but they keep asking questions that do not relate to the issue and still haven’t come up with an answer.

I’m a bit annoyed by this as I bought this because of Matter support.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The Matter protocol support for the X50 Ultra is currently awaiting scheduling for an OTA (over-the-air) firmware update. We recommend keeping your device connected to the internet and enabling the "auto-update" feature in the Dreamehome App. This will ensure you receive the update as soon as the new version is released.

Today 20-12-2025, still no update with Matter protocol.

This really annoys me, selling a product with features that are not available.

Please push the update in a faster pace to all countries. And stop making promises that aren’t for filled.

As of today, in the netherlands, Matter is working on my Dreame X50 Master. This includes room selection and different modes (vacuuming, mopping, or vacuuming and mopping). Siri is now working as well. The firmware version is 4.3.9_3276. I’ve had that version for a while, but the Matter option wasn’t available before. As of today, it suddenly is.
