Starts charging

After cleaning the room the robot cleaner returns to his home and announces “start charging”. This announcement is repeated constantly. Already after the fifth same announement it is gets annoying. How can I turn off these announcements on the Dreame L10s ultra Gen2?

Hello, under normal circumstances the robot should not repeatedly announce “Start charging” while it is on the base station. You may check whether there is any issue with the alignment between the robot and the base station.

To further analyze this issue, we recommend that you send the device’s SN number, invoice, and the related video to our after‑sales team.
