Scraping sound when vacuuming

The robot makes a scraping sound on my tiled floor. It started just sometimes with a little scraping but now it's always.

It seems the vacuum's cover is scraping, and that is really annoying and not nice to hear, especially for a device that is just one month old.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I already took the cover off and cleaned it and put it back on, but I get the same issue. See also the picture of what is scraping on the floor.

I just checked my own X60 as well, and I don't see any wear. But how can this part touch the floor if the wheels are bigger and touching the ground first? Is this part perhaps loose?

When the robot is in vacuum mode, the vacuum guard comes down more toward the floor. It's indeed some sort of loose. When in mop mode, the vacuum is fixed by the robot. At least that is my experience 😬. It could indeed be something wrong that it's coming down more on my robot than on yours. I'll also double check the wheels.

Verwijder de afdekking van de hoofdborstel en de borstelrol. Controleer of de eindkappen aan beide zijden van de borstelrol verstrikt zijn geraakt met haren of ander vuil en maak deze indien nodig schoon. Controleer ook of er vreemde voorwerpen vastzitten in de uitsparingen of groeven.

Wanneer u de afdekking van de borstelrol terugplaatst, zorg er dan voor dat deze aan beide zijden stevig vastzit. Installeer vervolgens alles opnieuw op de juiste manier. U kunt hiervoor ook de instructievideo raadplegen.
