[X60 Pro Ultra Complete] Anyone facing issues as well?

Hi all,
Just got the new x60 pro ultra. Already with the first big suction cycle the robot managed to damaged itself to try to go under a normal work chair (one those roller wheels). The robot didnt checked the height and went full in. Other weird item, ive identified my dining table and block it that it can go under it. Now when the robot want to cross my livingroom it still tries to go under the dining table even that I indicated that it is a no go area. Looks like we normal moving back to the station it goes for the quickest way and just ignores  no-go zones.

Other item is just in general the bad suction performance. When i check after the max suction run cycle with my dyson vacuumcleaner (that has a light on it). I still see so much dirt-dust on the floor. Crazy.

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. There are five possible reasons why the robot may not respect the No-Go Zones. Please check the following:

1. Make sure the map has been saved correctly and the restricted areas have been set properly.
After configuring a No-Go Zone, please ensure that you tap the “√” button to save the settings.

2. Unstable network connection.
If your home is large or the Wi-Fi connection is unstable, the robot may not be able to maintain a reliable connection to the network, which can prevent restricted areas from being saved correctly. Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection when setting up No-Go Zones or Virtual Walls.

3. The robot is in the positioning process.
While the robot is locating itself, it may temporarily enter restricted areas. Once positioning is completed successfully, it should no longer enter No-Go Zones.

4. Map rotation, misalignment, or overlap.
Please check whether the map is tilted, shifted, or overlapping. If the map is distorted, try restoring it to a normal, properly aligned layout. Please note that our software will continue to be optimized in future updates to address such issues.
In some situations, while avoiding obstacles, the robot may temporarily enter a restricted area and could potentially become stuck.

5. Multiple maps are saved.
If you have multiple maps saved, please make sure the app switches to the correct map when the robot enters that area. Otherwise, positioning errors may occur.

Regarding the suction performance, during the initial period of use there may be a significant amount of fine dust accumulated on the floor. We recommend selecting the maximum suction level in Custom Cleaning Mode and running several cleaning cycles. After a few cleanings, the amount of dust should be noticeably reduced.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
