X50 ultra stops wijle vacuuming of mopping

My Dreame X50 Ultra Complete regularly stops while vacuuming and/or mopping. It simply comes to a standstill in the middle of the living room or elsewhere in the house, even though it isn’t stuck, hasn’t bumped into anything, and there is no visible obstruction.

When I press the Home button, it returns to the base station without any problems. Returning to the base station works normally, but the cleaning cycle is interrupted before it is finished.

You can check the following steps:

Check if the robot still has sufficient battery power.

Check if a pet or family member accidentally pressed the pause button.

Check if the robot has become stuck or blocked by an obstacle or object, causing the cleaning task to be interrupted.

Check if any error messages are displayed in the app.

Restart the robot and try again.
