No water

My water tank is full but the robot does not use any water for mopping . Also when I start base station cleaning , no water is seen in the base station at all . Has anyone faced this problem and can you help

Have you added a non-official cleaning solution to the clean water tank?

You can also check if there is any foreign object blocking the seal plug and pipe inside the clean water tank.

If, after cleaning, the spray nozzle still doesn't release water during the self-cleaning of the base station, you might need to contact our customer service department for further assistance.
