Multi-floor cleaning

I have 3 floors, and the dock stands on the lowest one. When I bring it to the second floor and click on the button, it recognises it "intellegent" And starts cleaning. But when I just cleande the second floor, and set ir back to dock to the first floor, and then start cleaning, it cannot position itself and thinks it is on the second floor, and because of that it cannot clean. Plus, after cleaning another floor and bring it to the dock floor, it cannot find the dock because it thinks it is on another floor. Multi floor is on and on intellegent recognition. Even my roborock s5 max did better sometimes. FIX THIS PLEASE

This is my only issue with the x50, and I would be happy if this was fixed and there were no big issues.

Thanks, but I don't really want to send it back or re place, just to fix this issue in the program. But, I still can (and Will) send a video demonstrating this, because this limits the schedules, and usually on the last floor we only run our old roborock, because if we forget to change the map and place it in the dock (if map not changed it cannot do it itself) it will not clean within the schedule, only the next day. When I have time (approximately a week) I will send screenshots and videos with the issue. I am really happy with the service, never had that from roborock. And if you can, fix this issue even earlier before my screenshots and vids.

And for the better understanding; here are the details:
When I place it on another floor and start cleaning, it finds itself on another map and cleans.
When it just cleaned a floor, and I get it back to the docking floor, and start the "return to the dock" It cannot find it and says move robot to correct floor.

When in that situation I just place it in dock myself and start a schedule cleaning(don't know about normal cleanings), it rides around and then says it is on the wrong floor then the schedule wants, and stops.
In the app I set it to intelligent recognition, but schedules and returns to dock don't work.

Also, why is the forum so slow? It needs like 5 seconds to load every button I click.
