[Matrix10 Ultra] No charging

I have had the robot for 2 months now. I am currently experiencing a problem because the robot no longer charges. I have cleaned all the contacts, but the robot will no longer charge on the docking station. I placed it on the station myself and cleaned everything (including the contacts on the base station), but it no longer turns on. It does not charge anymore.
In addition, over the past 2 months I have noticed a few other issues:
  • The robot often stops in the middle of a task due to an empty battery.
  • Despite having a connected/defined zone, it still drives straight through it.
  • It looks straight through windows, causing it to add the garden to the mapped rooms.
  • It keeps changing the map and the room names.


At this point, it no longer does anything at all.
