[L10s Ultra Gen 2] It only cleans and mobs along the wall

Hi,

Often, the robot only cleans along the walls of a room (see images). It completely ignores the rest of the room.
I've started a selected room clean up and twice a scheduled cleanup, but all 3 times the robot messes it up. It drives me nuts.
(There are other times where it does clean the whole selected room).

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the issue of missed cleaning areas, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:

1. The robot cannot enter narrow spaces. The accessible space should be 2 cm wider than the robot on both sides.

2. In mopping mode, if there is a carpet at the doorway, the robot will not be able to enter the room to clean. Please remove the carpet and try again.

3. If the maps overlap, the robot's positioning may be abnormal, causing missed cleaning areas. In this case, please rebuild or restore the map.

4. If there is a long-pile carpet at the entrance or electrical wires on the floor, the obstacle avoidance robot will avoid them. In this case, please clean the floor first.

5. If the threshold is too high, our robot can only climb to a height of about 2.0 cm. If the height exceeds this limit, the robot will not be able to pass through the area smoothly.

6. If it encounters an obstacle, the robot will bypass the obstacle to clean. Within a certain range near the obstacle, some cleaning may be missed, which is normal.

7. The laser head and aluminum lens need to be wiped clean regularly. A dirty robot may misinterpret the area in front of it as an obstacle, causing it to miss areas during cleaning.

Please also check the following:
1. Is the robot powered on? The robot will automatically shut down and stop cleaning when the battery is depleted.

2. Please check if a pet/family member has accidentally pressed the pause button.

3. Please check if the robot is stuck or trapped by an obstacle/object, causing the cleaning task to pause.

4. Check the app for any error messages.

5. Please restart the robot and try again.
