[L40 Ultra] L40 Ultra CE poor emptying of dust box

This is how my dust box looks AFTER it was emptied by the docking station. There is quite a lot of dust left. Is it normal?

As you can see from the picture, there is still fine dust and hair adhering to the surface of the dust box filter. If you want to improve the dust collection performance of the base station, please pay attention to the following points:


1. Please go to the self-cleaning settings to check the automatic emptying frequency. The robot will automatically collect dust according to the frequency you set.

2. Please check if the robot is set to Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. In DND mode, the base station will not perform automatic emptying tasks. Please go to "Robot Management" to turn off DND mode and try again.

3. Please ensure that the robot prompts "Cleaning task completed" and returns to recharge automatically. If the battery is low and cannot be charged, or if it is disturbed during charging, it will not automatically collect dust.

4. After the cleaning task is completed, please manually tap the dust collection/automatic emptying button on the APP to test whether the dust collection function is effective:

1) If the dust collection/automatic emptying function can be started but cannot empty the dust, please check if the dust collection box outlet is blocked by lint. Such lint is not easily sucked in and may hinder the operation of the fan. Please clean it manually. In addition, we recommend increasing the cleaning frequency and the number of automatic emptyings to minimize dust accumulation.

2) If the dust collection/automatic emptying function fails to start, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Their contact information is below. When contacting them, please include your serial number and invoice (SN label is on the bottom of the robot) and provide your troubleshooting results so they can resolve the issue more quickly:
