Hello,

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the robot getting stuck in the chair, we suggest you consider the following:

1. From the photo, it appears your chair is black, and the chair legs are highly reflective. The robot's obstacle avoidance sensor uses infrared sensing. Light shining on an object will reflect off it, and black objects absorb light. For highly reflective or dark objects, collisions may occur. For areas with black furniture, we recommend setting up a restricted area.

2. If the robot encounters an obstacle or gets stuck, it will directly work along the edge of the object it hits, activating edge-working mode. It will continue to collide with obstacles.

Therefore, we suggest setting up a restricted area/no-go zone in the small area where the black chair is located. Thanks for your understanding.
