D30 ultra doesnt recognize carpet in mobbing setting

My robot starts mobbing the carpet while mobbing and having indicated it as a non mobbing zone

Map or restricted area not saved correctly:  
Please ensure that the map has been saved properly and that you have tapped the “√” to confirm after setting the restricted area. You can check in the app whether the map exists and whether the restricted area has been successfully added.

Unstable network connection:  
If your home is large or the network is unstable, the robot may not maintain a stable connection to the Wi-Fi, which can result in the restricted area not being saved. We recommend ensuring a stable Wi-Fi connection when setting up restricted areas or virtual walls.

Map skewing or overlapping:  
Please check whether the map shows any skewing or overlapping. If the map is skewed, you can try restoring it to a normal, squared layout. Future software updates will continue to optimize this issue. During obstacle avoidance, the robot may also temporarily enter restricted areas and could get stuck.

Multiple maps saved:  
If multiple maps are saved, please ensure that the app switches to the correct map when the robot enters the corresponding area. Otherwise, positioning errors may occur, causing the robot to enter restricted zones.

If the issue persists after completing the above checks, please provide screenshots from the app, the device SN (serial number), firmware version, and a more detailed description of the problem. We will further assist you.
