Clarity on Floor Material and Detergent use

On the Matrix10, the map’s Floor Material picker only offers Tile / Floor (horizontal) / Floor (vertical) / Others — no separate hardwood/laminate distinction. During a normal scheduled clean (not the Floor Care mode), does the robot select solution based on this Floor Material tag per room, or does it always use the default general solution unless Floor Care is manually triggered?

Is there a way to specify per room if the special floor care detergent can be used in a regular mop cycle?

The wood floor care solution is a specialized product. After adding it to compartment C, the device will automatically dispense it during operation.

The wood floor care solution does not need to be used with every cleaning session. You can maintain your floors by periodically activating the "Wood Floor Care" mode.

At present, it is possible to customize cleaning settings for individual rooms. You can find this option under Room Customization in the Custom Cleaning mode. However, the function to assign the special floor care detergent to specific rooms during a regular mopping cycle is currently not available.

If certain rooms require floor care treatment, you can enable Floor Care mode and select the specific areas or rooms that need to be cleaned and maintained.
