DreamE leaking water

Hello!
My DreamE has been working fine the first two weeks.
After that it started leaking water trough the dock which came UNDER the dock. I found out ‘too late’ which resulted in my floor being unreparable damaged. Also I have installed a very minimal water installation (6) for mopping but DreamE is using so MUCH water that my whole down floor needs to be replaced. I informed my insurance HOPING they will cover this issue😩
I tried to upload videos but the site wont let me.
On the pictures it looks less problematic then it is🙂‍↕️

This issue may be caused by dirty water not being properly extracted from the roller in time. We recommend checking whether the robot’s dirty water outlet is clogged. You can refer to the video in the link below to try resolving the issue:

Luckily we have old floors that need replacing anyway but i am also looking to return this but the Benelux team is not responding to emails.
I first contacted the international team via email and got a response within 2 working days. It's now been more than a week and nothing from Benelux.
I am trying to use my 14 day trial period to get money back. I now wish i bought it at another store and not direct from Dreame.
